Custom Remodel
This Cherry Hills Village remodel reworked the home's outdoor living spaces into a true extension of the house. A long concrete fire feature runs the length of the terrace, facing a covered outdoor kitchen with a dark tile wall, a stone-topped prep counter, and a horizontal slat screen that adds privacy without blocking the evergreens beyond.
Recessed lighting in the deep overhang, stone-clad column bases, and tall windows tie the new outdoor rooms back to the architecture of the main house, so the whole property reads as one design.
