Since 1988
Elegant dining room with teal walls and built-in bookshelves; round wooden table with a tree trunk base surrounded by six chairs covered in soft pink fur; decorative vases, flowers, and a sculpture on the table; gold and white petal-like pendant lights hang from the ceiling along with a modern black chandelier; a ladder leans against the wall and a colorful painting hangs above a white sideboard with shelves displaying dishes.

Our Story

A house is the easy part. A home takes trust in the people building it, and in their word once the drywall goes up. That's what we set out to earn in 1988, and it's still the only thing we're really selling 38 years later.

Nicholas Custom Homes has spent nearly four decades building and remodeling homes across Cherry Hills Village, Englewood, Lone Tree, Cherry Creek, Douglas County, and Castle Rock, working alongside nationally recognized architects and interior designers and treating every client relationship as a long one, not a transaction. We call it the White-Glove Experience, and it's earned us a #1 ranking on Houzz in Cherry Hills Village and Denver.

Achievements

A home is more than a structure

We measure success the same way our clients do: not by how many homes we build, but by how few we need to, because each one gets it right. That's why we cap our new-build projects at around ten a year, enough to give every client our full attention and not enough to become anything but a builder you know by name.

See what nearly four decades looks like

Every project on our portfolio was built the same way this one will be: with one team, one point of contact, and a promise to get it right the first time.
